From idea conception, to design planning all the way through execution Ken and his team went above and beyond and more than impressed my husband and I in our very extensive backyard landscaping project. Our new build was a clean slate for Ken's creation and what started as me calling him to do some privacy/perimeter landscape turned into our own woodland wonderland. Ken did not do bare minimum at all with this project. His ideas were magnificent and the execution is perfection. We hit some unforeseen obstacles along the way due to the layout of our yard and Ken was able to efficiently problem solve with no doubt he could manage it. We had total confidence in his entire team who worked tirelessly and meticulously each day at our home. We have the most beautiful backyard I have ever seen and it is with complete thanks to Total Concepts. 100% would recommend. Also important to note that most contractors we hired for jobs around the new house we had to chase after and micromanage; with Ken and his team we had absolutely nothing to worry about - they showed when they said they would, they didn't need us following up a million times. Follow up: Ken and his team did such an awesome job the first time around that we hired them again for our next big project. We live up on a steep hill and have always had trouble keeping up with our curb appeal. Total Concepts did amazing work getting our irrigation system set up, seeding, laying down netting and neatly manicured hay to secure it, regrading our property, fixing some underground drain pipes, and adding some new beds with seasonal plants and flowers. It looks like a new home! They are truly able to do it all. Thank you soooo much Total Concepts! To say I’m thrilled with my stunning landscaping, would be an understatement! Ken and his team are the definition of professionals. From the removal of all of the old trees and bushes, including a 35yr. old dead ash tree and a 15ft. Japanese Maple; saving a dwarf Japanese Maple to be replanted elsewhere to planting redbuds and crepe myrtles; boxwood; hosta; knockout roses, daylilies, barberries; etc., all planted with extreme care and a critical and seasoned eye for placement. Ken was here every day that his team was here, which to me says it all….Pride…..pride in his company’s reputation and the beauty they create. Total Concepts redid my front steps and front and back landscaping. I now have the prettiest house in the neighborhood. They are creative and very easy to work with.
